Dr. Talao-Sigua comes to QAHE with a wealth of experience in both education and quality assurance. She holds a Ph.D. in Educational Management, a Master’s degree in Education, and a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education. These qualifications, combined with a successful career in various educational roles, highlight her dedication to promoting excellence in education.
Leadership Roles and Key Contributions
Dr. Talao-Sigua has held several important positions throughout her career. At the City College of San Fernando Pampanga, she worked as an Assistant Professor and Quality Assurance Director. There, she played a key role in developing quality assurance protocols and educational programs. She also served as the General Education Program Coordinator and NSTP Director, demonstrating strong leadership and a commitment to student success.
Prior to that, she was the School Principal at Bloomingfields Academy Foundation Inc. Here, she led several initiatives to improve the learning environment. Her extensive experience also includes auditing government agencies and educational institutions, further demonstrating her expertise in maintaining high-quality standards.
