The International Association for Quality Assurance in Pre-Tertiary and Higher Education (QAHE) proudly announces its new partnership with Sapattuu Bilim, the Accreditation Agency for Educational Organizations and Programs in the Kyrgyz Republic. This collaboration marks a significant step in QAHE’s commitment to maintaining high-quality education standards in the region.

Sapattuu Bilim is a member of the Eurasian Association for Quality Assessment in Education (EAOKO). It also holds full membership in the International Network of Agencies for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (INQAAHE) and the Asia Pacific Quality Network (APQN). These memberships underscore its dedication to international best practices.

The Kyrgyz Republic’s Ministry of Education and Science granted Sapattuu Bilim License No. LS200000806. This license allows the agency to offer advanced training programs for educators. The programs focus on “Pedagogy and Psychology in the Educational Process” and “Education Quality Management System,” helping educators enhance their skills.

Additionally, Sapattuu Bilim has partnered with the Russian agency AKKORK. Their agreement will facilitate International and Professional-Public Accreditations. This partnership will expand their accreditation services and enhance resource sharing.

In September 2022, Sapattuu Bilim underwent an external assessment by the European agency ASIIN. This assessment confirmed the agency’s compliance with European Standards and Guidelines (ESG) for higher education quality. The evaluation highlights the agency’s commitment to continuous improvement.

Through the partnership with QAHE, Sapattuu Bilim will engage in various initiatives. These include exchanging best practices and developing programs to improve educational quality. Together, they aim to help institutions in the Kyrgyz Republic and beyond meet and exceed top-quality standards. This collaboration will ultimately enhance the student learning experience.
